Locate a copy of your most recent eyeglass prescriptions.
Remember to check the expiration date! If needed, see your doctor for a new rx. Don't have an eye doctor you love? We can suggest someone close by!
Step 2:

Book an appointment (in-person or virtual) for a one-on-one consultation and fitting with an ABO Certified Optician.
This will give you one hour of our undivided attention where we will help you find the perfect pair of spectacles to express your individuality and that address your visual needs with customized lenses.
Step 3:

Arrive at Spectacle Society (or enter your virtual appointment) at your appointment time with prescriptions in hand, any and all glasses that you currently use, and be ready to have fun! Sit down, let's chat.
Have fun working with your personal Optician trying on our collection of independent eyewear. Find the perfect frames. Order and pay for custom glasses that will help you look, see, and feel your best.
Step 4:

No need to wait by the phone—we will notify you when your spectacles are ready. Book your 2nd appointment to pick them up.
Have your new glasses molded to fit perfectly by your Optician. Jump for joy, because you look amazing, feel spectacular, and can see clearly!

We love to see anybody who wants to come and visit us. Appointments are prioritized. So the store is closed during a scheduled appointment so that our client can get their customized one-on-one service. However, if you don’t book an appointment, please come and see us just know that your wait times will vary.

We accept all HSA and FSA plans and have an option for financing your spectacles. We are considered an out-of-network provider for vision plans. Want your insurance to chip in for your handcrafted eyewear? We will give you an itemized receipt that can be submitted to them. Have forms that need to be filled out? We would be happy to help, just let us know!

If you need to reschedule, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice, and we can apply your reservation fee toward your next scheduled appointment. Otherwise, your fee is nonrefundable.

Arrive at Spectacle Society at your appointment time with prescriptions in hand and ready to have fun! For your safety, as well as our own, masks are optional, and hand sanitizer will be available for you to use.
Don’t forget to bring any and all glasses that you currently use (distance, reading, driving, sunglasses, computer, etc) no matter what they cost, how old they are, or what shape they are in...we don’t judge!

Yes. We require a nonrefundable $25 deposit in order to schedule your appointment. When you purchase your glasses, this money will be applied as a credit toward your purchase. Easy! If you choose to hold off on purchasing during your visit, the $25 is used as your Optician’s consultation fee.
