Schedule an appointment
We require a $25 reservation fee in order to schedule your initial appointment.
This fee is non-refundable but will apply toward your purchase or Optician consultation fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice, and we can apply your reservation fee toward your next scheduled appointment. Otherwise, your fee is nonrefundable.
